The ground floor features a spacious open-plan which consists of a flawless gourmet style kitchen with isle, full-equipped and state-of-the-art appliances, and, facing the front street, the cozy and sunny dining space. The sitting area leads to the private lanai which overlooks an open private courtyard w modern outdoor furniture. A half-bath and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located in the hallway next to the main entrance door. Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambience. The Skyline Suite is accessed from the living room and has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box. Upstairs there are three other suites. The Suite Dreams Master bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box and a walk-in closet. The Time to Unwind Suite consist of two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution.
