The brand new gated community Festival Resort is a perfect choice that offers the tranquility of the countryside and the short distance to all of Orlando's attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails. The Downtown Festival consists of an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with short distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championships golf courses. Lavish decoration offers privacy and great accommodation for up to 12 guests. The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan which consist of the kitchen, sitting & dining area leading to the private lanai, and a bathroom that is shared by the master bedroom with King Size bed. The Washer/Dryer room is nearby the kitchen. On the upper floor the rooms are furnished with a King Size bed in the master bedroom, and two Bunk beds (Full & Twin sizes bed each) on the third bedroom. Also there is a spacious sitting area with TV and a bathroom. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution.
