Compass Bay features great, open-area amenities: two gazebos with playgrounds, picnic areas, and BBQ grills. Guests can enjoy relaxing at its splendid heated community swimming pool. The ground floor contains an open floor plan featuring the center of the family living area, where formal and informal spaces share the fully equipped kitchen. Guests will greatly enjoy watching a movie on a 65 Smart TV while cooking delicious dishes. The upper floor encompasses two Master Bedrooms with KingSize beds, en-suite bathrooms and 55 Smart TVs. There are two other bedrooms with bunk beds (TwinSize over FullSize) and 44 Smart TVs. The hallway features the shared bathroom and the Washer/Dryer area. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
