Located on Poinciana Blvd. and surrounded by US-192 Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Greenway and I-4, its location makes it a strategic point within the Kissimmee/Orlando area to move around and explore all of the most popular theme parks and entertainment options that Orlando has to offer to its tourists. The community amenities include a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas throughout the community with playgrounds, gazebos and picnic areas. The main floor features a great room with living with HDTV 50 and dining area integrated to the full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private one-car garage by the main entrance. The second floor on its rear view features a master bedroom with a KingSize bed with HDTV 40 and an en-suite bathroom with soak tub. Along the hallway there is a second bedroom with QueenSize bed and HDTV 40 and private bathroom with soak tub. On the front side there are two more bedrooms with TwinSize beds and HDTV 40 each. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own.
