Generous spaces, aesthetic, natural colors, accent walls, and textures define the contemporary lavish of this brand new two-story townhome. The ground floor consists of an open-plan which leads to the modern gourmet kitchen, living, and dining area. Guests can have a great family time with friends enjoying a movie while kids have fun in the game room and a delicious BBQ is being prepared in the private backyard. Four luminous and delightful rooms make up the second floor. The master bedroom has a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Bunk bed, TwinSize over FullSize & Twin Trundle with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a QueenSize bed and the fourth bedroom consists of two TwinSize beds and a walk-in closet. On the hallway there is a full bathroom that can be shared by these last two bedrooms. The washer/dryer area is also in the hallway of this second floor plan. A BBQ Grill (rental fee requested) and a Great Game Room on the converted garage highlight the fun in this vacation home.
