Located in the exclusive Davenport area, Solterra Resort offers easy access to major Florida highways, including I-4 and US 192. The villa itself is luxuriously decorated with a blend of modern and contemporary chic design elements, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. After a fun-filled day, guests can relax and enjoy a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom also featuring a KingSize bed. The garage has been converted into a game room complete with a movie area, Foosball table, air hockey table, and pool table. On the second floor, guests will find five more beautifully themed bedrooms. The Mickey-themed bedroom has two TwinSize beds, while the Finding Nemo-themed bedroom also features two TwinSize beds. Another master bedroom boasts a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include one with a QueenSize bed and another with two FullSize beds. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
