Comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. This villa houses 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom features a QueenSize bed with HDTV 55 and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a QueenSize bed with HDTV 42, and the third bedroom, which has TwinSize beds with HDTV 42and a bathroom with a soak tub. The main floor includes a great room with living and dining area integrated with full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private two-car garage by the main entrance. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
