Osceola Pkwy. and FL535 which gives direct access to I-4, International Drive, Central Florida GreeneWay, World Center Dr., N. Poinciana Blvd., and US192. An outstanding location to move around the area and find grocery and convenience stores, shopping malls, restaurants & bars, entertainment options, and of course the well-known theme parks and golf courses in the area. The accommodation includes a KingSize bed on the master bedroom with shared bathroom of the main floor, and third  bedrooms on the second floor: the main master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two Full-Size beds, and a bedroom with Two BunkBeds (Twin over TwinSize bed). On the hallway is the third shared bathroom and the washer/dryer area. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
